Summary: The book is in essence made up of multiple threads. In the first place we introduce a discussion on the concept of gender, which is essential as a category of analysis in the social sciences. Later come considerations focused around women's and men's professional, political and social situation, business, time use, activity in the R&D and patent sector. These profiles have ultimately been used to determine the scope of the category Innovative Gender, by which, as it is assumed, we can capture the role of gender in the innovation process.<br>Pawel Kawalec
